Truett Dean Guy, 82, died on October 15, 2010, in The Woodlands, Texas.  He was born on April 30, 1928 in Gorman, Texas to Otis and Ruby Guy, both of whom preceded him in death.  He graduated from Carbon High School and received Associate of Arts degree in Electrical Engineering from Ranger Junior College and later served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.  He married Roberta "Toby" (Gilbert) Guy on August 11, 1956 who preceded him in death in 2005.  Truett is survived by his children, Steven Guy and wife, Gina of The Woodlands, Texas and Cindy Chtay of Edmond, OK; grandchildren, Steven Guy, Jr. and Nick Guy of The Woodlands, TX and Macaulay Chtay of Edmond, OK.  Also survived by his borthers, James Guy and wife Peggy of Artesia, NM and Pat Guy and wife, Linda of Granbury, TX.  Preceded in death by his brother, Weldon Guy. 

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hahn Cook Street Draper Chapel in Okalhoma City.  Interment to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Oklahoma City.
