Dorothy Jackson Capers went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2010 in Eastland, Texas.

Graveside services were held in the Eastland City Cemetery directed by Edwards Funeral Home.

Dorothy was bon on December 17, 1921 in Carbon to J. S. and Mary (Bettis) Jackson.  She married Elzie J. Capers on February 24, 1939 in Carbon.  He preceded her in death in August of 1979.  She worked as a seamstress for MFG Co.  Dorothy was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church.  Dorothy was a loving and caring person who loved people.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
